Refund policy

1. What this covers

The diagnostic, which is the one thing sold here: a fixed price analysis of Search Console exports you send us, delivered as a written report within 5 working days. It is $400, tax inclusive.

Everything else on this site is free to read and nothing else is for sale.

2. A full refund, on request

If you want your money back, say so and you get all of it. You do not have to give a reason, you do not have to return or delete the report, and there is no deadline by which you must have asked.

That is the promise on the offer panel and it is not narrowed here.

3. Why it is unconditional

This is a new practice with no track record, selling analysis you cannot evaluate until it is already in your hands. The refund carries the risk that would otherwise sit with you for buying first.

It also keeps us honest in a way that matters more than the money: a report padded to look substantial, or a finding stretched past what its sample supports, is refundable. That is the correct incentive and we would rather live under it.

4. How to ask

• Email hello@statedmethod.com. "Refund" in the subject is enough.
• Include the payment reference from the receipt, which is all we need to find the transaction.
• No form, no call, no retention conversation.

5. When you get it

We issue the refund within two working days of the request, to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank and the payment provider, and is commonly five to seven working days after we have issued it.

6. If we cannot do the work

If the exports you send cannot support a useful diagnostic, we will say so and refund you in full rather than deliver a report padded out to justify the fee. You will be told which part of the data was the problem, so the time is not wasted even when the engagement is.
