1. What we collect from a visitor

Three things, and only if you act. If you give us an email address to be told about new findings, we hold that address. If you request a diagnostic, we receive your name, the address the report should go to, the site it covers, anything you write, the page you sent it from, and how you arrived there - the referring page and any campaign tags in the link. If you use the site at all, Google Analytics records the visit.

There is no account, no login and no profile. A name is asked for in exactly one place, the diagnostic request, so the reply can be addressed to you. Nothing asks for a phone number, a company or a postal address.

2. Neither form has a database

An address submitted to the signup form is sent to us as an ordinary email and is not written to any store. The inbox is the list. That is a deliberate choice at this scale rather than an oversight, and it is the reason there is no unsubscribe link in a system yet: there is nothing to unsubscribe from until something is sent.

A diagnostic request works the same way. It arrives as an email in the same inbox and is not written anywhere else.

To be removed, email us and the message holding your address is deleted.

3. One technical detail we would rather state than omit

To stop an automated caller from flooding the inbox, both forms remember for 24 hours that an address has already been submitted. It stores a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself, in the memory of the server process, and it is lost whenever that process restarts. It cannot be read back as an email address and it is never written to disk.

4. Analytics

Google Analytics 4, property G-V2FKY1NS2L. It sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser, and Google derives an approximate location from the network address without storing that address.

Google Signals is switched off, so nothing here is joined to a Google account or used for advertising. No advertising or remarketing tags are present, this site sells no advertising, and no data is sold or shared with a data broker.

What we look at is narrow: whether the diagnostic request is started and whether it is sent, and which findings are read. Traffic volume is explicitly not the measure for this venture.

5. Files a diagnostic client sends

The diagnostic runs on files you export yourself and send to us. We do not ask for access to your Search Console, analytics or advertising accounts, and we are not a processor of your live data.

Those files are used to produce your report and for nothing else. They are not used as material for anything published here, they are not shared with anyone, and they are deleted on request at any time. Ask and it is done.

Everything published on this site is measured on properties we built and operate. No client's data has ever appeared in a finding, and none ever will.

6. Who else touches the data

Each is used for the single purpose named. There is no other third party, and no advertising network.

• Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps ordinary server request logs.
• Google, for the analytics described above.
• Resend, which delivers the email when someone signs up or requests a diagnostic.
• Titan, which hosts the mailbox the address arrives in.

7. How long things are kept

Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the longest Google Analytics offers, because comparing one window with another is the entire point of this site. A signup or a diagnostic request stays in the inbox until you ask for it to go. Client files are deleted on request, and are not kept for any period we are contractually obliged to observe.

8. Your rights, stated plainly

Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will. There is no form, no verification hoop and no waiting period beyond the time it takes to read the email.

We are based in India and the site is read internationally. Rather than claim compliance with a list of regimes, the commitment is the simpler one above: you can ask, and the answer is yes.
